Vegas Render Settings

I've havin trouble rendering at the moment because when i render a video some of clips in the video haven't rendered. So I either need some new render setting or someone may know the soloution to my problem. If I do need new render settings please give me some =D

My Current Render Settings are:

Project Tab:
Video Rendering Quality: Best

Video Tab:
Mode: CBR
Format: Windows Media Video 9
Image Size: Custom
Width (Pixels): 960
Height (Pixels): 540
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000 (Square)
Frame Rate (fps): 29.970
Seconds per keyframe: 5
Override default compression buffer (seconds): 8
Video Smoothness: 100 (Sharpest)

Audio Tab:
Mode: CBR
Format: Windows Media Audio 9.2
Attributes: 192 kbps, 44kHz, stereo (A/V) CBR

Bit Rate Tab:
Target Bit Rate (bps):
Internet/LAN 6M

EDIT: will someone plz help me with this problem because i want to continue to make videos and don't wanna have to end because of this stupid problem

there i posted them now, has anyone got any ideas on how to fix my problem

ok you just messed up your setting by changed it to "best" bring that to where it was, I have noe idea where you got your setting wrong but they are messed up, ill update in a little bit with my setting
